Tomato puree
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a pan, adding the onion, carrot and rosemary, then cook for 3 minutes to soften.
Then add the mince browning the beef evenly.
In a small cup mix the tomato puree with water, then add into the pan.
After 5 mins of cooking season with salt and black pepper.then add another ½ cup of water.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 35 minutes, Stiring occasionally.
