Beef Mince Ragu
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Onion peeled and diced
- 1/2 Carrot Peeled and diced
- 2 sprigs Rosemary leaves finely chopped
- 500 g Beef Mince 10% fat
- 1 tbsp Tomato puree
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a pan, adding the onion, carrot and rosemary, then cook for 3 minutes to soften.
- Then add the mince browning the beef evenly.
- In a small cup mix the tomato puree with water, then add into the pan.
- After 5 mins of cooking season with salt and black pepper.then add another ½ cup of water.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 35 minutes, Stiring occasionally.
