Pancakes (Crêpes)
These super simple crêpes are thin, light, and perfect for sweet or savory fillings. Whip them up in minutes for a quick breakfast or dessert favorite.
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 115 g Plain flour
- 300 ml Milk
- Pinch Salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the egg to the flour with a little of the milk.
- Slowly mix in the flour while adding the rest of the milk.
- Whisking until you get a smooth batter.
- Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes (Optional).
- Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour in a thin layer of batter, swirling to cover the base.
- Cook for about 1–2 minutes until the underside is golden, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with the rest of the batter.
- Serve warm with your favourite toppings.
