These super simple crêpes are thin, light, and perfect for sweet or savory fillings. Whip them up in minutes for a quick breakfast or dessert favorite.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg
  • 115 g Plain flour
  • 300 ml Milk
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add the egg to the flour with a little of the milk.
  • Slowly mix in the flour while adding the rest of the milk.
  • Whisking until you get a smooth batter.
  • Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes (Optional).
  • Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Pour in a thin layer of batter, swirling to cover the base.
  • Cook for about 1–2 minutes until the underside is golden, then flip and cook the other side.
  • Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  • Serve warm with your favourite toppings.
